Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership commences upon payment of the membership fee. This entitles the member to the current services at the member price as stated on the website under member benefits.

2. Membership is valid for 1 year and is automatically renewed unless the member cancels via the website, in writing or by e-mail.

3. If the membership contribution has not been paid, the member cannot in any way claim services at the membership price. The organization is also permitted to take out certain services and/or charge non-members additional costs for services received afterwards.

4. The request for payment for the membership is made via an invoice. The payment term is strictly 30 days after receipt of invoice.

5. If the member fails to pay for membership for year x, membership for year x+1 can only commence after payment of membership for year x. In that case, no claim can be made for services from year x.
